Return Policy

We hope you love your Black Denim purchase, but if something does not work out we are here to help!

Return Eligibility Requirements

All items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in the original condition that they were received.  Items must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the product.  All shipping fees are non-refundable.  Black Denim is not liable for return items lost in transit, therefore, you may want to hang on to your return tracking information.

Damaged Items

If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Exchanges

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s)
